FH&B is on an exciting transformation journey to deliver our five-year growth ambition — increasing sales by 41% and almost doubling operating profit.

To support this ambition, we’ve launched a comprehensive transformation programme that touches every area of FH&B, with clearly defined workstreams, owners, objectives, KPIs and roadmaps. As the programme moves into mobilisation, we’re focused on building strong execution readiness across the business.

  • Working alongside the Transformation Leads supporting and influencing the delivery roadmap to ensure business adoption, change impact awareness and business readiness are thought out in a timely manner, not disrupting or slowing down roadmaps, rather delivering at speed – taking the organisation with us.
  • Working with the Adoption Manager to identify upskill requirements in line with the needs of the Transformation program. Supporting with the build of materials, organisation of upskill sessions, communications and tracking of attendance and business readiness.
  • Utilising the Change Management toolkit to bring consistency and effectively capture change impacts, stakeholder map, manage risks and issues, track business readiness and adoption.
