We are looking for a Change Management Consultant to join our team and contribute to the success of our organizational transformation initiatives. This professional will play a central role in developing change projects, promoting adoption, capability-building, and engagement among all stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostic activities and organizational impact analyses.
  • Develop and implement Change Management plans aligned with the ADKAR model (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement).
  • Create and execute communication, training, and stakeholder management plans.
  • Monitor adoption and readiness indicators, proposing corrective actions whenever necessary.
  • Lead awareness sessions, workshops, and capability‑building activities for different teams.
  • Work closely with functional and technical teams.
  • Support the definition of user profiles, journey mapping, and training needs.
  • Develop process-oriented training materials and facilitate hands-on sessions for key and end users.
  • Support the post–go-live Hypercare strategy, ensuring stabilization and reinforcement of the change.
  • Map critical stakeholders and develop engagement strategies.
  • Create communication content (newsletters, campaigns, FAQs, quick guides, short videos, etc.).
  • Ensure continuous alignment between the project team, sponsors, and impacted areas.

Qualificações

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in consulting, specifically in Change Management.
  • Experience in SAP implementation or migration projects (highly valued).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in designing and facilitating workshops and training sessions.
  • Proficiency with tools for creating learning and training content (PowerPoint, Canva, among others).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and collaboration tools is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English.
