The Enterprise Transformation Programme is a multi-year journey focused on transforming the Haleon business.  Enabled by SAP S/4HANA it aims to build an organisation that is wired for excellence and to deliver our ‘Win as One’ strategy. The programme will strengthen the heartbeat of our business – to become more agile, efficient, and innovative – positioning us to drive growth through continuous improvement.  The Business Integration Lead plays a critical part in making this ambition a reality.

Detailed Responsibilities

The Change Influencer Network Manager plays a critical role in establishing, enabling and managing the Change Influencer Network across the transformation programme. The role is responsible for building local engagement, advocacy and behavioural adoption across markets and functions. By equipping local influencers with the capability, confidence and tools to supports change activities, the role helps drive awareness, readiness, behavioural adoption and sustained ways of working across markets and functions. The role works closely with Change, Engagement, Communications and Training and Adoption teams to ensure the Change Influencer Network is aligned to programme priorities and effectively supports transformation outcomes at local and global levels.

Change Influencer Network Management

  • Establish and manage Change Influencer Network across markets, functions, and programme workstreams.

  • Define and implement the Change Influencer Network approach, including engagement models, ways of working, governance and role expectations.

  • Partner with Business Stakeholders, Business Process Owners and Functional leaders to identify and onboard suitable change influencers across the business.

  • Develop and sustain the Change Influencer Network by equipping influencers with the tools, guidance, confidence and capability required to support long term behavioural adoption beyond programme delivery.

  • Coach and enable change influencers to effectively strengthen local engagement, readiness, reinforcement and behavioural adoption activities across impacted teams.

  • Monitor network participation, effectiveness, and engagement levels identifying opportunities to strengthen local advocacy, peer support and overall network effectiveness.   

Communication and Engagement

  • Partner with Engagement and Communications teams to ensure change influencer network are equipped with clear, consistent and audience focused messaging.

  • Co-ordinate regular network forums, briefings and enablement sessions to share programme updates, readiness priorities and upcoming changes.

  • Support the creation and distribution of communication toolkits, awareness materials, talking points and engagement content for local use.

  • Gather feedback, sentiment and insights from the network to help identify adoption risks, resistance themes, and engagement opportunities

  • Promote two-way engagement between programme teams and colleagues to support awareness, understanding and readiness for change.

Adoption & Readiness Support  

  • Enable change influencers to support local adoption, reinforcement and readiness across impacted teams.

  • Partner with Training & Adoption and Change Readiness teams to align network activities with learning, onboarding, go live and hyper care plans.

  • Tracker and report on network activity, engagement insights, and behavioural adoption themes to support programme reporting and continuous improvement activities.

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen behavioural adoption through local advocacy, peer support and engagement initiatives.

Experience and Key Competencies:

  • Proven experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, employee engagement or organisational transformational roles.

  • Experience in co ordinating engagement networks, community groups, ambassador programmes, or influencer network initiatives within large complex organisations.

  • Strong understanding of organisational change, behavioural adoption, and colleague engagement approaches within transformation environments.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple levels and regions.

  • Strong organisational and co-ordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and network activities simultaneously.

  • Experience working across global and cross functional teams within fast paced and evolving programme environments.  

  • Ability to gather and interpret qualitive feedback, engagement insights and sentiment data to support programme planning and decisions making.

  • Experience using collaboration, engagement or digital adoption platforms is desirable

  • Certifications such as PROSCI, APMG Change Management or Communication related disciplines is desirable.
