Oversee engagement activities (e.g., town halls, workshops, intranet updates), working closely with the People Communications team and wider internal partners.
Monitor feedback and data to assess the effectiveness of change communications, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
Support the creation of toolkits, messaging guides, and training to enable local offices and managers to cascade consistent communications.
