What you'll do:
Develop and deliver communication strategies for major IT initiatives.
Lead change enablement to support adoption of new systems, tools, and processes.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align messaging with project milestones.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement through workshops, briefings, and feedback loops.
Monitor adoption and continuously improve communication effectiveness.
What you'll bring:
Proven experience in IT communications, change management, or project delivery.
Strong storytelling skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation capabilities.
