Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Welcome our guests: Greet guests warmly, manage waitlists and seating, and create a positive first impression
• Keep service running smoothly: Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure efficient seating and a seamless guest experience
• Prepare the restaurant: Set and arrange tables for service, including cleaning, resetting tables, and ensuring the dining area looks its best
• Delight our guests: Assist with guest enquiries and ensure every visitor receives friendly, attentive service
• Ensure cleanliness and safety: Keep the host stand and restaurant entrance clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
