that drive strategic decision-making.
Working closely with the Capital Manager, you will maintain and evolve the internal Group Capital Model for
risk transfer projects, credit rating analysis, and capital analyses. The role requires strong technical skills,
adaptability, and collaboration across multiple teams. You will also contribute to high-quality reporting,
documentation, and analysis that underpin Ascot’s strategic objectives.

and responding effectively to feedback from Capital Managers and other stakeholders of the Group
Capital Model.
• Support model use projects and development of model reports and outputs that aid discussion with
regards to portfolio analyses, reinsurance analyses, and capital allocation.
• Review and develop model inputs and outputs and be able to justify and communicate their
appropriateness to Capital Managers and Deputy Group Head of Capital.

owned by the Capital Modelling function.
• Provide capital modelling support to the wider objectives of the Ascot Group including but not limited
to interactions with the Pricing, Reserving and Risk functions as required.
OTHER:
• Proactive and positive contribution to the Ascot Group Actuarial and Risk Functions with respect to
culture and teamwork, contributing to the overarching objectives of the team.
• Working collaboratively and providing guidance to more junior members of the team as required, to
encourage knowledge sharing within the team.
