The role also provides training, escalates issues, participates in committees, and deputizes for the Head of Claims Operations.

Provide day-to-day actuarial pricing support to underwriting teams, maintain and validate rating tools, rebuild models in hx Renew using Python, produce portfolio and regulatory reporting (PMDR, Actuarial Function Report), and support a multi-year pricing transformation while progressing toward actuarial qualifications.

Support the Compliance Function by implementing the Compliance Framework, executing the annual Compliance Plan, monitoring regulatory obligations across jurisdictions, maintaining registers and diaries, assisting with reporting, audits, training, SM&CR, and liaising with stakeholders and regulators to ensure regulatory compliance.

Support the Senior Compliance Manager to implement and monitor the Group Compliance Framework and annual plan. Provide regulatory advice across UK, Bermuda and Guernsey jurisdictions, assist with compliance monitoring, SM&CR, LIC oversight, regulatory returns, ELR maintenance, training, governance papers, horizon scanning, and cross-functional compliance projects including financial crime and conduct matters.
