Lead the capital workstream for Ascot Syndicate, manage capital modeling, ensure compliance with regulatory reports, and mentor team members.

Provide centralized operational support to underwriting teams: manage outsourcing relationships, perform risk-capture QC and PBQA reviews, maintain procedures, prepare reports, handle GAAP issues and write-offs, manage credit control and broker ledger SLAs, conduct event coding QC, suggest system improvements, and perform banking and cash allocation reconciliations.

Support the Senior Compliance Manager to implement and monitor the Group Compliance Framework and annual plan. Provide regulatory advice across UK, Bermuda and Guernsey jurisdictions, assist with compliance monitoring, SM&CR, LIC oversight, regulatory returns, ELR maintenance, training, governance papers, horizon scanning, and cross-functional compliance projects including financial crime and conduct matters.
