Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and drive global category strategies for CAPEX and selected indirect categories, in alignment with overall procurement and business objectives
  • Manage sourcing activities related to technical equipment, machinery, and service contracts across multiple regions
  • Take full end-to-end ownership of assigned categories, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, pricing, lead times, and performance management
  • Drive cost optimization and value creation through strategic sourcing initiatives, standardization, and supplier consolidation
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and project teams to support CAPEX projects and ensure alignment with technical and business requirements
  • Identify and develop strategic supplier partnerships, including evaluation of new suppliers and technologies
  • Monitor supplier markets, industry trends, and innovations in equipment and technical services
  • Support global CAPEX planning and investment projects from sourcing perspective

Qualifications

  • Experience in procurement, category management, or sourcing of technical equipment, services, or CAPEX-related projects
  • Experience with CAPEX categories is an advantage
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional and international projects
  • Experience working with technical stakeholders (engineering, maintenance, operations) is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international environment
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
