You will collaborate daily with Account Management, Sales, Studio, Product, and external measurement partners to solve complex delivery and performance challenges. This is an exciting opportunity to drive measurable outcomes at scale while operating within a flexible hybrid work model (3–4 days working from the office).

About the Role

  • Core Mission: Act as the operational execution lead to deliver flawless, high-performing managed service campaigns that meet or exceed client objectives.

  • Team Alignment: Work closely with Account Management, Studio, Sales, and Product teams to turn media plans into high-performing, revenue-driving campaigns.

  • Scope of Ownership: Take full accountability for end-to-end campaign lifecycle management—from setup and QA through live pacing, optimization, and post-flight verification.

  • Impact Metric: Success in this role means achieving 100% full campaign delivery within agreed SLAs, maintaining minimal discrepancy rates, and consistently exceeding client KPI benchmarks.

What You’ll Do

Execution & Flawless Delivery

  • Orchestrate the end-to-end setup, QA, launch, and daily pacing of managed service campaigns to ensure zero-defect operational execution.

  • Enforce strict operational discipline, ensuring all live campaigns align with media plans, insertion orders (IOs), client objectives, and platform best practices.

  • Implement real-time campaign adjustments, including budget reallocations, creative swaps, targeting updates, and flight extensions.

Campaign Optimization & Performance Analytics

  • Optimize live campaigns against primary branding and performance metrics, including CTR, VTR, Viewability, Reach, Frequency, and CPA.

  • Audit and validate campaign reporting and discrepancy checks in close partnership with third-party measurement vendors.

  • Identify delivery risks or pacing roadblocks early, proactively applying corrective strategy to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Troubleshooting

  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for Account Management on assigned accounts, ensuring clear and proactive alignment.

  • Troubleshoot complex delivery, tracking, and creative issues in close partnership with Product, Studio, and external technical partners.

  • Leverage internal AI tools and programmatic capabilities to streamline operational workflows and elevate campaign outcomes.

What You’ll Get

At Teads, your scope is bigger than your title. Here is what you can count on in return:

  • Meaningful scope & real ownership — work with regional strategic impact and trusted autonomy.

  • Global exposure and genuinely complex challenges at real scale — reaching 2.2Bn users/month with 18Bn ad opportunities/day.

  • Smart, ambitious peers across 30+ markets in a collaborative, cross-border setup.

  • A genuinely human culture — high care alongside high accountability.

  • Real investment in your growth — structured mentorship, coaching, courses, workshops, certifications, and leadership development programs.

What Will You Bring to the Team?

Must-Haves (The Baseline Bar)

  • Core Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Programmatic Operations within a fast-paced AdTech or media agency environment.

  • Technical Mastery: Hands-on experience managing digital campaigns end-to-end using DSPs, ad servers, and third-party measurement tools.

  • Format & KPI Expertise: Strong understanding of digital advertising KPIs (CTR, VTR, Viewability, Reach, Frequency, CPA) across both video and display formats for branding and performance goals.

  • Operational Discipline: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple complex campaigns and shifting priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Cross-Functional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of proactive internal stakeholder management.

Mindset & Values (The Performance Multiplier)

  • Relentless Customer Focus: You put clients at the center of every operational decision and execution choice.

  • Act Today, Not Tomorrow: You make smart, quick decisions and prioritize action to keep campaigns moving forward smoothly.

  • Obsess About Outcomes: You are driven by results, taking personal ownership of campaign pacing, accuracy, and overall quality.

  • Evolve Through Change: You are adaptable, curious, and comfortable navigating shifting platforms, formats, and programmatic technologies.
