About the opportunity

This role sits within our UK Operations team, reporting directly to the Head of Campaign Management. Following our continued growth and advertiser-first strategy across the UK market, this team is responsible for driving flawless campaign execution and performance across our omnichannel platform. You will collaborate daily with Sales, Demand Ops, Teads Studio, and Client Services to solve complex media delivery challenges and ensure our agency partners achieve maximum ROI on their programmatic investments.

About the Role

  • Core Mission: Act as the primary execution anchor and operational expert, driving end-to-end campaign delivery and performance across video, display, and interactive formats within the UK market.
  • Team Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional teams across Manchester and London to translate agency briefs and advertiser KPIs into operational realities.
  • Scope of Ownership: Take full accountability for managing the complete campaign lifecycle—from pre-launch setup and tagging to real-time performance optimization and post-campaign reporting.
  • Impact Metric: Success in this role means achieving full campaign delivery within SLA, maintaining target account margins, and delivering exceptional campaign performance over the next 12 months.

What You’ll Bring

Execution & Flawless Delivery:

  • Own day-to-day operations and campaign trafficking, ensuring all pixel implementations, 3rd-party tags, and DSP configurations meet strict SLA and compliance guidelines.

  • Review and analyze key operational inputs—such as daily impression pacing, viewability rates, and engagement metrics—to optimize real-time campaign performance.

  • Maintain data integrity and platform accuracy across internal operational systems and reporting tools.

Strategy & Optimization:

  • Orchestrate strategic campaign optimizations using proprietary data, dynamic creative formats, and contextual targeting to exceed client KPIs.
  • Identify delivery bottlenecks early, proactively introducing programmatic solutions and technical troubleshooting (e.g., brand safety filters, viewability standards, or tracking tag diagnostics).

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:

  • Cultivate trusted relationships with internal sales leads and agency trading teams to align local campaign execution with broader business goals.
  • Serve as an operational point of contact for commercial teams, translating performance data into clear, actionable campaign stories.

What You’ll Get

At Teads, your scope is bigger than your title. Here is what you can count on in return:

  • Meaningful scope & real ownership with direct accountability for high-impact campaigns with trusted autonomy.
  • Global exposure and genuinely complex challenges at real scale and reaching 2.2Bn users / month across 18Bn ad opportunities / day.
  • Smart, ambitious peers across 30+ global markets.
  • A genuinely human culture, high care alongside high accountability.
  • Real investment in your growth with structured mentorship, coaching, AdTech certifications, and clear career pathways.

What Will You Bring to the Team?

Must-Haves (The Baseline Bar)

  • Core Experience: Demonstrated experience (2+ years) executing and optimizing digital ad campaigns within a fast-paced AdTech, media agency, or digital publisher environment.
  • Domain Expertise: Hands-on proficiency with DSPs, programmatic ad buying, ad servers, and 3rd-party tracking verification tools (e.g., IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to crunch performance numbers, identify trends, and derive clear commercial insights from campaign data.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Location/Legalities: Right to work in the United Kingdom without requiring future visa sponsorship.

Nice-to-Haves (The Performance Multiplier)

  • Prior experience working with cookieless targeting solutions, CTV, or high-impact rich media formats.
  • Basic technical fluency in web standards (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or web debugging tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools, Charles) for tag troubleshooting.
  • Relevant programmatic or digital platform certifications.

Bonus Points

  • You have direct experience managing Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) or custom interactive video assets.
  • Dual-domain fluency: You uniquely combine technical operational precision with commercial agency awareness.

At Teads, your impact travels further.
