£27,000 per annum 📋 Delivery Operations 🏬 UK remote ⏰ 4 Week contract

native has been building for 10 years, but we're still very much a startup: fast-moving, ambitious, and building with intent. We're creating the infrastructure that connects students, Students’ Unions, universities, and advertisers through a managed marketplace.

Our goal is to deliver for students by increasing student engagement while enabling Students’ Unions to secure sustainable funding. For advertisers, we offer meaningful, measurable routes to student audiences. The more aligned these incentives are, the more defensible and scalable our business becomes.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented temporary team member to support our Delivery Operations during periods of higher seasonal demand.

Working closely with the Head of Delivery Operations, you’ll help ensure newly won campaigns are set up accurately and ready for delivery. The role is primarily focused on the creation of campaigns that have been won and uploading campaign information into our delivery systems.

This would suit someone who is comfortable working with data, following established processes and taking ownership of getting work completed accurately and on time

What you’ll be working on

As a Campaign Data Entry Assistant, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Manually create and set up campaigns within Salesforce.

  • Upload won campaigns into the relevant delivery systems.

  • Ensure campaign information is entered accurately, completely and on time.

  • Check campaign details for errors or missing information before submission.

  • Follow established processes and campaign naming/data conventions.

  • Work closely with the Head of Operations to manage workload during busy periods

  • Flag any missing information, discrepancies or potential delivery issues promptly.

  • Provide additional administrative campaign support where required.

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring vision, structure, and operational discipline to a fast-growing function. You know how to scale people-driven operations and balance commercial priorities with quality, compliance, and culture.

Specifically, you will bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM systems and web-based platforms.

  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Reliable and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.

  • Clear communicator who is comfortable asking questions when information is incomplete.

  • Previous Salesforce experience is beneficial, but not essential if you are confident in learning new systems quickly.

Required skills & experience

We are committed to lifting everyone up. We seek to enable people’s best work by optimising for freedom with accountability. You’ll get the most out of this role if you can bring:

  • Previous Salesforce experience is beneficial, but not essential if you are confident in learning new systems quickly.
