We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer to join our international Controller 6610 development organization. In this role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, integration, verification and maintenance of software solutions used in Ericsson's Radio Access Network products.
You will work in a highly collaborative environment, developing software for large-scale telecom systems while driving automation, software quality, continuous integration and engineering excellence. The role combines software development, troubleshooting, system understanding and close cooperation with global development teams.

You will bring• BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics or related technical field• Strong software development skills in C++, Java and/or Python• Good understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and automation agents• Experience with software design, implementation, integration and testing• Familiarity with Git version control system and collaborative development practices• Understanding of CI/CD concepts and software automation• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Good communication skills and ability to work in international teams• High level of English, both written and spoken
