As a Buyer, you will support the procurement of goods and services across assigned categories, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing aligned with business needs. You will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain supply continuity and optimize value. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supplier Engagement: Contact suppliers to request quotations for goods and services, ensuring competitive pricing and lead times. 
  • Requisition Management: Convert internal purchase requisitions into accurate and timely purchase orders in accordance with company policies. 
  • Order Tracking: Monitor open orders and proactively, follow up with suppliers to confirm delivery dates and resolve any delays or issues. 
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of supplier communications, quotations, and order confirmations. 
  • System Updates: Ensure procurement systems are updated with the latest order and delivery information. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Support initiatives to improve procurement processes and supplier performance. 

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain. 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills. 
  • ERP system proficiency (Oracle preferred). 
  • Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
