Business Transformation Lead

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Business Transformation Lead to join our Corporate Trust team. This role is based in London.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Lead large-scale transformation initiatives, with a focus on process re-engineering to improve operational efficiency, reduce complexity, and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Develop and implement metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to track progress, identify improvement areas, and ensure accountability.
  • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to design, enhance, and optimize the organization’s operating model.
  • Conduct business analysis and process mapping to identify pain points, document current-state workflows, and design future-state processes that align with strategic objectives.
  • Work autonomously to design and execute change strategies, managing multiple projects and priorities with minimal oversight.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels to align transformation objectives with business goals.
  • Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and methodologies across the organization through effective project management and change leadership.
     

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • A number of years progressive experience in transformation, process re-engineering, or strategic project management.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing performance metrics and delivering data-driven insights for executive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying, evaluating, and deploying AI-enabled solutions to improve processes and strengthen the operating model.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives while delivering on time, on budget, and within scope.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams and mentoring colleagues to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
