Job DescriptionWhat is next in your career?
Our central business support function has been specially designed to support our capabilities and Go-To-Markets with support to Partners and generally ensuring the smooth running of the team, allowing our Partners and Consultants to focus on client projects.
You'll work closely with Partners, Consultants and external clients. Working as part of a busy Business Support team, the role requires someone friendly, approachable, and confident who has great communication skills, and preferably used to working in a team environment and with other Business Support staff.
This is a great opportunity to engage in full spectrum of activities, for someone who has the drive and desire to succeed. You will gain excellent business experience whilst also developing your knowledge and skills in a fast-moving environment.
You'll have the opportunity to get involved with:
- Diary management and travel / accommodation support – complex diary management for both internal and external clients including senior stakeholders across our organisation, including international travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
- Inbox management - monitoring incoming emails, actioning on the Partner’s behalf where necessary, and general gate keeping when needed.
- Supporting initiatives lead by the Partners you support
Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. However, the actual time you spend and where you spend it will vary by role or assignment, including up to 5 days per week on a client site.
QualificationsAbout you:
- You'll have administrative experience ideally from a large organisation
- You'll know your way around Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- You'll be proactive with a commitment to quality and accuracy / attention to detail and be a clear communicator
- Prioritising will be second nature to you
- You'll be someone that enjoys working in a team and has an adaptable approach to work
