Job Description:

This role is responsible for supporting integrated client system reporting across three critical platforms: Workfront, AEM and MediaTool. It will help strengthen connected reporting and lay the foundation for more automated, insight-led decision-making across internal and client-facing teams.

The role will coordinate day-to-day product priorities, stakeholder engagement and delivery activity, ensuring reporting requirements are clearly captured, prioritised and aligned to business and user needs.

While primarily focused on Heineken internal requirements, there will be an element of working with cross-agency teams including and other agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the product vision and roadmap: Shape, communicate and maintain the roadmap for integrated reporting across Workfront, AEM and MediaTool, ensuring priorities reflect agreed business outcomes and delivery goals.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements: Work with marketing, media, content, data, technology and agency stakeholders to prioritise use cases and turn requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery plans.
  • Improve integration and reporting quality: Ensure data flows, reporting logic and user journeys connect effectively across workflow, DAM and media management platforms, enabling reliable operational and performance visibility.
  • Act as the day-to-day coordination lead: Coordinate decisions, escalations and prioritisation across internal teams, external partners and delivery squads, balancing agreed objectives with practical delivery constraints.
  • Champion user adoption and continuous improvement: Gather feedback from internal and agency users, identify pain points, improve reporting usability and ensure solutions are adopted consistently across teams and markets.
  • Manage delivery governance: Maintain delivery cadence, sprint priorities, backlog hygiene, status reporting, risks and dependencies across the product lifecycle.

Experience:

  • Relevant product or solution ownership experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Solutions Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager or similar, ideally within marketing operations, media, creative production, content supply chain, digital asset management or enterprise technology environments.
  • Integrated marketing technology knowledge: Strong understanding of connected marketing technology ecosystems, ideally including workflow platforms such as Workfront, DAM platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager, and media management or planning/reporting tools such as MediaTool.
  • Reporting, data and systems fluency: Experience defining dashboards, data flows, taxonomy, data quality standards, process maps or platform integrations across complex operational environments.
  • Stakeholder management in complex organisations: Comfortable working across global brands, local markets, technology teams, media, content, procurement, agencies and commercial stakeholders, with the ability to align competing priorities.
  • Agile or hybrid delivery experience: Confident managing backlogs, prioritisation frameworks, sprint planning, delivery cadence, risks, dependencies and issue resolution across the product lifecycle.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills: Able to simplify complex system, process and data topics for technical and non-technical audiences, facilitate decisions and build trust across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Structured and commercially pragmatic approach: Highly organised, collaborative and comfortable bringing structure to complicated requirements while balancing strategic ambition with practical delivery constraints.
