Plan Governance & Assurance

  • Ensure planning standards, controls and change management processes are applied consistently.

  • Work closely with RAIDD item owners to reflect risks, issues and mitigations accurately in the plan.

Stakeholder & Partner Integration

  • Act as the primary business planning interface for workstream leads and delivery partners.

  • Facilitate planning workshops and dependency reviews.

  • Build strong relationships across business and technology teams to drive integrated delivery.

  • Enable leadership conversations with clear, decision ready views of reality (options, impacts, consequences).

Profile & Experience

  • Significant experience managing integrated plans within complex business transformation programmes.

  • Advanced / Expert level planning expertise using Microsoft Project or equivalent planning tools.

  • Demonstrated capability in critical path analysis, dependency management, stage gates and enterprise delivery methodologies.
