About The Team

You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own seller education and content development across the international marketplace, supporting seller onboarding, activation, and growth
  • Build and continuously improve the seller education framework, including onboarding materials, operational guidelines, and growth playbooks
  • Develop scalable, high-quality content across formats (guides, tutorials, training materials, webinars) to support different seller segments and programs
  • Translate platform policies, product features, and category strategies into clear and actionable seller-facing content
  • Partner with Category, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams to align education content with business priorities and key initiatives
  • Support key seller programs and campaigns with targeted education materials to improve seller participation and execution quality
  • Leverage data and seller feedback to evaluate content effectiveness and continuously optimize education strategies
  • Manage bilingual content development (English and Chinese) to support global sellers and ensure consistency across regions
Qualifications
  • Experience in cross-border e-commerce, marketplace operations, seller education, or related functions
  • Strong understanding of marketplace seller lifecycle, including onboarding, activation, and growth levers
  • Proven experience in building structured content or training systems for external users (e.g., sellers, merchants, partners)
  • Ability to translate complex operational processes or product capabilities into clear, structured content
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working with Product, Category, or Operations teams
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to use metrics and feedback to improve content effectiveness
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese, with the ability to independently create and manage bilingual content.
