  • Another key focus of the role is to act as an interface between different teams in the region, ensuring alignment and collaboration to achieve strategic objectives and operational efficiencies.
  • The position will report to the Director Business Operations.

Other Responsibilities to include:

  • Building and maintaining ARR, NRR and pipeline health dashboards for sellers and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, QBR’s and management meetings; ensuring visibility of key metrics across the UK&I business.
  • Agreeing quotas/targets with appropriate revenue and ARR coverage for Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, in consultation with local Business Unit (BU) leader.
  • Reviewing seller opportunities for correct treatment in line with Sales Compensation Plans and managing commission payments to GTM roles.
  • Liaising with Deal Desk & Sales Support teams on complex opportunities for the region.

  • Experience with MS Dynamics 365 (D365), Salesforce, or equivalent enterprise CRM is required. Proven ability to design and build reports and dashboards essential.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, and Tableau or equivalent BI tooling; familiarity with D365, Salesforce reporting, and revenue forecasting platforms is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in AI productivity and analytics tools is increasingly essential in this role, including Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGP. Candidates who can demonstrate practical, day-to-day use of AI tools to improve the speed, quality, and scale of operational insight will have a clear advantage.

  • A growth mindset with a genuine appetite for innovation, consistently seeking better ways of working and embracing new tools, methods, and technologies to improve outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complexity, structure ambiguous problems into clear workstreams, and produce compelling, decision-ready insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and pride in delivering your best work.
  • Balance of detailed analysis and understanding the larger context/big picture.
  • Able to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a dynamic environment, re-calibrating focus quickly while consistently delivering high-quality outputs.
