As a Business Management Associate, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our CEO in EMEA, driving strategic planning, initiatives and implementing creative solutions. As a Business Management Associate in the Private Bank EMEA team, you will support the CEO in driving strategic initiatives and running the day-to-day of the wealth management business across the region. You will collaborate with diverse teams, providing analytics and insights to shape the future of our business. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with various markets and internal teams, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional wealth management services.
Job Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic analysis and insights to senior management on business growth plans
  • Prepare analysis and presentation materials for senior management forums
  • Assist with strategic business improvement
  • Execute ad hoc large-scale projects across the business
  • Partner with regional teams on initiatives and reporting
  • Collaborate with finance to track progress against priorities and investment flows
  • Help with preparation of agendas, workshops, town halls and other events


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Motivated and proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work as part of a team and independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Financial work experience, preferably within Private Banking
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience in strategic planning or sales management
  • Experience in project management
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Advanced proficiency in other data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks
