This is a 12-month FTC/secondment opportunity for parental leave cover.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Supports the Markets - Post Trade Head of Sales and COO in planning and analysis
  • Helps to coordinate daily operational activities for the Sales team, to drive the Strategic Objectives, and ensure the Sales team is running efficiently to meet DSO and revenue targets
  • Supports the Sales team’s planning process, developing and delivering metrics/analytics tools for gathering, analysing, and reporting efficiency (e.g. pipeline, campaign management)
  • Engaged in presentations including business head and GSA briefing meetings, boards, Townhalls, Onsite, etc.
  • Publishes meeting agendas, pre-read materials, and ensures post meeting actions are gathered, supervised and followed up, driving strong interlock with business and other partners
  • Provides general support for ad-hoc projects and initiatives
  • Engages with the Marketing team on marketing budgets, events planning, and execution

Experience and skills required:

  • Developed partner skills across multiple business lines and functions
  • Ability to build positive relationships across partners and tailor communication style to given audience
  • Highly numerate and analytical with previous experience working with big data to present a concise analysis
  • Previous experience in crafting management/business packs to meet audience needs / level
  • Organised and have strong proactive work ethic with a desire to drive tasks to completion
  • Sophisticated Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Ability to perform in demanding, face-paced environment
  • Financial services / FMI background or knowledge for at least 2-5 years
