Lead a small sales support team to maintain sales transaction processing, BI platforms, and reporting. Analyze sales performance, produce forecasts and KPIs, drive process improvements, ensure data integrity, and partner with Sales and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights supporting commercial growth.
What You Will Do
As Business Intelligence Manager within Commercial Operations & Enablement, EMEA, you will build and lead a scalable business intelligence capability that transforms commercial data into actionable insights. Reporting to the Head of Data Analytics & Digital Tools, you will partner with Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, Digital, IT and regional leadership teams to improve commercial performance, forecasting accuracy, sales productivity and decision-making. This is a high-impact, matrix leadership role supporting EMEA growth through analytics, reporting governance, data quality, automation and AI-enabled insights. Travel may be required across the EMEA region.

- Lead the design, development and governance of EMEA commercial reporting, analytics and executive dashboards.
- Deliver actionable insights on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, sales productivity, conversion rates and commercial performance.
- Establish standard KPI definitions, scorecards and performance measurement frameworks across regions.
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual business reviews with reporting, variance analysis and forward-looking recommendations.
- Analyse growth opportunities, performance gaps, risks and market trends to support strategic decisions.
- Develop sales intelligence models for pipeline management, opportunity prioritisation, territory planning and strategic accounts.
- Drive Salesforce data quality, reporting consistency and commercial data governance standards.
- Partner with Finance, Digital and IT teams to improve data models, reporting solutions and system integration.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities using Power BI, Power Query, Salesforce Analytics and approved AI tools.
- Create executive-ready reporting, presentations, training materials and dashboard adoption programmes.
- Influence senior stakeholders across multiple countries and functions to drive insight-led action and measurable outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems or related discipline.
- Significant experience in Business Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Finance Analytics.
- Advanced Power BI, Power Query and data visualisation expertise.
- Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent commercial acumen.
- Ability to communicate complex data clearly to executive and non-technical audiences.
- Proven stakeholder management experience within a matrix organisation.
- Fluent English.
- Master's degree or MBA.
- Experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Enablement or Sales Transformation.
- Background in building technologies, industrial, services, controls or solution-based B2B environments.
- Knowledge of SQL, predictive analytics, statistical modelling, customer segmentation or opportunity scoring.
- Experience with data governance, Lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Additional European or EMEA language skills.
- Experience driving dashboard adoption and analytics transformation across multiple countries or business units.
