As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with different departments to analyze trends, monitor KPIs, and contribute to the overall success and efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize data effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide data-driven recommendations that impact strategy and operational efficiency.
- Support strategic initiatives through data analysis, interpretation, and dissemination.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication skills to present data insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
