Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a great job for someone who has had hands-on experience with modern analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense, and SAP.

A bit about the job:

The successful candidate will support and collaborate with our client-facing teams across all global markets, channels, and products. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enabling Aviva Investors to be data-driven and effective. This role offers the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the asset management industry and learn about Aviva Investors' distribution activities and investment products. You will become a key contributor to our business strategy, driving ambition and enhancing our current data suite. The Market & Business Intelligence team collaborates with various functions across Aviva Investors, including Sales, Business Management, Client Relationship Management, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Investment.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • IMC qualification would be advantageous and also SQL/DAX skills experience.

  • Skilled at managing multiple senior stakeholders through processes or projects.

  • Knowledgeable in Salesforce and reporting.

  • Basic understanding of financial markets and key trends in the asset management industry; sales experience is a plus.

  • Understands data visualisation principles and how to embed them within business units for widespread use.
