What We Want
Our Business Development & Technology team is looking to expand the team

ALANTRA is looking for a results-driven candidate to engage and enable our professionals to achieve their desired outcomes. This role is a relationship-focused position for people passionate about technology. We are looking for a people person, who has high energy, is willing, and is committed to providing a great service.

The position is ideally suited to a candidate with strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and an interest in how technology can enhance business development efforts within an investment banking environment.
The day-to-day task will include:

  • Leverage the firm’s tech resources to identify potential opportunities across the corporate finance teams
  • Serve as a knowledge center and provide insights to ensure all stakeholders are connected.
  • Support business development initiatives across the UK office and coordinate with other geographies when relevant
  • Build and manage a successful relationship with investment professionals
  • Help collect and analyze investment professionals’ success metrics and data
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and data extraction when needed
  • Create rules & procedures for data management

Interns have direct exposure to all seniority levels internally. Alantra gives its Interns significant responsibilities and is committed to their learning experience during their tenure with the firm.

Requirements:

  • Team player, with the ability to work with many and various stakeholders. 
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills
  • Have a strong interest in Technology and AI
  • Being a proactive person with a lot of initiative 
  • High level of English (spoken and written) 
  • Desirably experience in Power BI, Marketo, AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) would be highly valued
  • Proficiency in the use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
