Serve as the professional first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. Manage reception, visitor access, meeting rooms, refreshments, office supplies, post, couriers, events, and AV setup. Support onboarding, facilities queries, vendors, administrative tasks, and Office Manager coverage while maintaining discretion, polished presentation, and excellent service.

Supports Alantra’s Financial Institutions Group with investment banking transactions and client pitches. Responsibilities include preparing presentations and marketing materials, managing data rooms, conducting market research, maintaining databases, preparing transaction materials and pricing data, coordinating follow-ups, and supporting client communications. The intern works across deal teams and seniority levels, gaining end-to-end transaction experience in a demanding financial services environment.
