Join Alantra's Human Capital team to manage day-to-day HR processes across the UK, support onboarding/offboarding and recruitment, handle employee relations end-to-end, assist with benefits, performance, talent development and compensation processes, produce data-driven HR reports, deliver payroll updates, and mentor junior HR team members.

Lead execution of M&A transactions in the Digital Infrastructure sector (notably data centres). Prepare business plans, information memoranda, and financial analysis; present to clients and investors; support origination and business development; manage deal execution and mentor junior staff.

Provide on-site 1st and 2nd line IT support for London (and occasional Dublin) users: resolve tickets, troubleshoot desktops, printers and conferencing equipment, administer user accounts and access, perform basic networking and remote support, and escalate to Madrid-based technical team as needed.
