We are looking for an energetic and commercially sharp BDR Manager to lead CUBE's London pipeline generation team. This is a player-manager role: you will be hands-on in coaching and developing four BDRs while personally contributing to pipeline through your own outbound activity. You will own the top of the UK and EMEA funnel, working across CUBE's three product lines — RegPlatform, Oden and Intel — and partnering with marketing to ensure inbound interest is rapidly qualified and accelerated. This role is open to internal applicants from within the BDR team as well as external candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of 4 BDRs, setting individual targets and holding structured 1:1s and team performance reviews

  • Own UK and EMEA outbound pipeline generation, targeting financial services, insurance, asset management and regulated business prospects

  • Drive prospecting across all three CUBE products — RegPlatform (enterprise Tier 1), Oden (US insurance) and Intel (mid-market regulated businesses) — tailoring outreach by segment and persona

  • Partner with marketing to qualify and progress inbound leads efficiently, maintaining fast response times and strong funnel conversion

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure clean handoff of qualified opportunities and strong pipeline integrity

  • Track and report on team KPIs including outreach volumes, meetings booked, pipeline generated and opportunity conversion

  • Maintain CRM accuracy and hygiene across the team (Salesforce or equivalent)

  • Feed market and prospect intelligence back to the CMO and Head of Growth Marketing to sharpen targeting and campaign messaging

  • Contribute to future BDR hiring and onboarding as the UK and EMEA team grows

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years in a BDR, SDR or inside sales role, ideally within B2B SaaS, RegTech or financial services technology

  • Prior experience managing, leading or formally mentoring others — or a demonstrable track record as a top-performing senior BDR ready for the step up

  • Proven outbound prospecting ability: cold outreach, email sequencing and multi-threading into enterprise and mid-market accounts

  • Comfortable engaging with compliance, risk, legal and financial services decision-makers

  • Strong CRM discipline with a data-driven approach to pipeline management and reporting

  • Clear communicator and natural coach who lifts the performance of those around them

  • Highly organised and self-motivated, able to balance personal activity targets with team leadership responsibilities

Nice to have

  • Experience in regulatory technology, compliance software or financial services SaaS

  • Understanding of the UK and European regulatory landscape — FCA, MiFID II, DORA, GDPR and equivalents

  • Experience spanning both enterprise and mid-market sales motions

  • Proficiency with sales engagement platforms such as Outreach, Salesloft or Apollo

  • Additional European language skills for broader EMEA territory coverage

Interested?

If you are passionate about leveraging technology to transform regulatory compliance and meet the qualifications outlined above, we invite you to apply. Please submit your resume detailing your relevant experience and interest in CUBE.
