Your key responsibilities as a Business Development Representative will include:
• Conducting outbound outreach to potential clients to introduce our solutions and initiate new business conversations.
• Generating qualified leads and scheduling valuable calls and meetings for the sales team.
• Adapting messaging to resonate with different client personas and communicate value effectively.
• Meeting and exceeding activity‑based and opportunity‑creation targets set by the BDR leadership team.
• Handling questions and overcoming objections with confidence to convert interest into qualified opportunities.
• Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date to support effective pipeline tracking and team collaboration.
