What you'll be doing

As part of the RELEX Growth team, you will be responsible for helping to build the sales pipeline across Europe and the Middle East. This role is well suited to a multilingual candidate looking to leverage their languages and appreciation for cultural differences across multiple geographies.

  • Targeted outbound demand generation: contacting stakeholders in your target account list via emails, phone calls, and social media to drive awareness of how RELEX can help solve their unique challenges.
  • Engaging and qualifying outbound and inbound sales leads with the objective of scheduling qualified meetings for the Sales team.
  • Cooperating closely with the regional sales team to support the growth of the sales pipeline through targeted prospecting activities.
  • Researching your list of target accounts and the key stakeholders within them to craft and deliver personalised and compelling messaging.
  • Helping promote various events, physical and virtual, in advance, and following up post-event to qualify registrations.

What you'll bring to the table

  • Fluency in English and Swedish.
  • The ability to write and communicate effectively via email, phone, and social media.
  • Confidence in communicating with senior executives at prospect accounts.
  • An efficient and independent working style.
  • Eagerness to learn and a strong can-do attitude.

We work in a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing plays an important role in professional development. This will therefore be a hybrid role with office presence required 2 to 3 days per week.

What we consider an advantage

  • Familiarity with retail's core processes, such as supply chain, merchandising, and store operations, or experience working in or selling into the Manufacturing industry.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Sales or Business Development experience.
  • Fluency in additional European languages.
