About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and commercially minded Business Development Representative (BDR)to help accelerate our growth in SAP ERP solutions and services. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing sales team and play a key role in driving new business across enterprise and mid-market organisations.

You’ll be at the front line of our sales engine, identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers and helping businesses deliver value through SAP technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn)

  • Build and manage a pipeline of organisations that could benefit from SAP ERP solutions and services using research tools

  • Qualify leads by understanding their business challenges, systems landscape and transformation goals

  • Carry out pre-event outreach calls to invite and confirm attendance at Birchman events.

  • Conduct post event follow up calls to attendees and prospects.

  • Execute outbound calls to prospective organisations as part of targeted campaigns.

  • Follow up on marketing campaigns and outreach activities to generate engagement.

  • Collaborate with Account Managers and specialists to move opportunities forward

  • Book and coordinate discovery calls, demos and workshops

  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM system

  • Stay up to date with SAP innovations and market trends to enhance outreach messaging

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development or lead generation (could include placement work)

  • Exposure to ERP systems or enterprise software (experience with SAP is highly desirable but not essential)

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders

  • Commercial awareness and curiosity about business processes and technology

  • Self-motivated, target-driven and resilient

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth oriented environment

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA Public & Private Cloud

  • Experience working within a consulting, technology, or SaaS environment

  • Understanding of core business functions like finance, supply chain, or operations
