Why Cast AI?

Cast AI is an automation platform that operates cloud-native and AI infrastructure at scale. By embedding autonomous decision-making directly into Kubernetes and cloud environments, Cast AI continuously optimizes performance, reliability, and efficiency in production.

The old way doesn't work. As Kubernetes and AI environments grow, manual decisions don’t. Cast AI replaces tickets, alerts, and manual tuning with continuous automation that adapts infrastructure as conditions change. Efficiency and cost savings follow naturally from that automation.

Over 2,100 companies already rely on Cast AI, including Akamai, BMW, Cisco, FICO, HuggingFace, NielsenIQ, Swisscom, and TGS.

Global team, diverse perspectives
We're headquartered in Miami, but our impact is international. We take a global and intentional approach to diversity. Today, Cast AI operates across 34 countries spanning Europe, North America, Latin America, and APAC, bringing a wide range of perspectives into how we build and lead.

Unicorn momentum
In January 2026, we achieved unicorn status with a strategic investment from Pacific Alliance Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Shinsegae Group (a $50+ billion Korean conglomerate). Our valuation now exceeds $1 billion, and we're just getting started.

Join us as we build the future of autonomous infrastructure.

About the role

France is one of the markets Cast AI is moving into across EMEA, and we're looking for a French-speaking BDR in London to open it up.

You'll be the person starting conversations with engineering, DevOps, and cloud leaders at French and francophone companies - in their language, with outreach that's clearly been researched rather than templated. There's no inherited playbook for this market. What works in France, which accounts to go after first, and how Cast AI shows up there will be shaped by what you build.

You'll do it from a BDR team that's actively scaling in EMEA, alongside AEs who turn your conversations into deals, and with a product whose value is easy to land once the conversation starts. If you want to grow into an AE seat, sales leadership, or the person who writes the playbook for the next French-speaking hire, this is the place to start.

Requirements:
  • Opening up the French and francophone market: prospecting, researching, and engaging target accounts in French and English.
  • Creating and owning your own process for pipeline generation, and being able to speak confidently about your book of business.
  • Crafting personalized outbound outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn) to decision-makers across engineering, DevOps, and cloud teams.
  • Researching target accounts using tools like LinkedIn, Clay, Apollo, and more.
  • Partnering with AEs on territory plans, account lists, and ideal customer profiles (ICPs) for France and the wider region.
  • Experimenting with messaging, subject lines, cadences, and value props - including what resonates with French buyers specifically - and doubling down on what works.
  • Maintaining pipeline hygiene in the CRM, tracking activity and outcomes for reporting and feedback.
  • Staying sharp through enablement sessions on Cast AI's value, use cases, and competitive landscape, and keeping your outreach aligned with current marketing campaigns and product updates.
What'll You Need?
  • Fluent, professional-level French (written and spoken) and fluent English - you'll be prospecting and holding first conversations in both.
  • Interest in cloud, Kubernetes, and AI tools, and the ability to grasp complex technical products quickly.
  • Demonstrated success in cold outbound, with a real understanding of account research and personalized outreach.
  • The ability to articulate value propositions clearly and tailor messaging to multiple personas.
  • Detail-orientation in managing pipeline, logging activity, and following up.
  • A tenacious attitude - the grit to handle rejection and stay goal-oriented.
  • Strong time management to complete day-to-day tasks and hit daily/weekly KPIs.
  • A habit of actively seeking feedback, learning fast, and thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
What Makes You Stand Out?
  • Experience prospecting into the French market or selling to French-speaking buyers.
  • Experience selling to DevOps or engineering personas.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Past work in early-stage SaaS or startups.
  • A basic understanding of Kubernetes or containerized infrastructure.
  • Additional languages beyond French and English.
What's in it for you?
  • Competitive salary
  • Flexible, remote-first global environment
  • Collaborate with a global team of cloud experts and innovators, passionate about pushing the boundaries of Kubernetes technology
  • Equity options
  • Learning budget for professional and personal development, including access to international conferences and courses
  • Team-building budget and company events to connect with your colleagues
  • Equipment budget to ensure you have everything you need
  • Extra days off to help maintain a healthy work-life balance
Hiring process
  • Screening call with Recruiter
  • Hiring Manager interview
  • 1-2 additional interviews based on the role
  • Culture Check interview with an executive

*As part of our standard hiring process, we would like to inform you that a background check may be conducted at the final stage of recruitment through our third-party provider, Checkr.
*Please note that Cast AI does not provide any form of visa sponsorship/work permit.
