Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Cast AI’s cloud automation platform, including outbound pipeline generation, opportunity assessment, value discovery, technical and business demonstrations, negotiation, and closing. Build relationships with enterprise stakeholders, tailor proposals to infrastructure and cost challenges, apply MEDDIC methodology, and partner with implementation teams to deliver measurable customer outcomes.

Build and scale Cast AI’s partner and reseller ecosystem across Northern EMEA, initially focusing on the UK. Develop relationships with resellers, MSPs, and DevOps consultancies; create partner-sourced pipeline; drive revenue impact; and collaborate with sales, solutions engineering, marketing, product, finance, and legal teams. The role requires strong cloud and DevOps partner relationships, a hunter mentality, and experience building ecosystems at digital-native companies or ISVs.

Generate outbound pipeline for the French and francophone markets through account research, personalized email, calls, and LinkedIn outreach. Engage engineering, DevOps, and cloud decision-makers in French and English, partner with account executives on territory strategy, test messaging, maintain CRM hygiene, track performance, and develop market-specific prospecting processes. The role requires strong communication, resilience, organization, and the ability to learn technical cloud, Kubernetes, and AI products quickly.

Serve as the founding customer-facing engineer for Kimchi, leading product demonstrations, customer workspace setup, inference API integrations, model routing optimization, and governance policy implementation. Configure agent workflows, integrations, budgets, cost attribution, and access controls. Translate customer feedback into product improvements while identifying opportunities for revenue expansion. The role combines hands-on LLM and inference expertise with customer enablement and commercial thinking in a remote-first environment.

Optimize large-scale ML inference systems for throughput, latency, cold-start time, and cost per token. Tune SGLang, vLLM, and TensorRT-LLM across GPUs and distributed clusters; improve batching, scheduling, KV caching, quantization, weight loading, JIT caching, and multi-node inference. Profile and instrument systems to validate performance gains, eliminate storage and networking bottlenecks, and establish technical direction through reproducible benchmarks and experiments.

Lead end-to-end international recruitment across technical and go-to-market functions in EMEA, AMER, and APAC. Partner with hiring managers, develop recruiting strategies, source diverse candidates using modern and AI-powered tools, coach interviewers, manage candidate experience, and help build scalable hiring processes in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
