Job Requirements
- Some experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound prospecting role within SaaS
- Experience selling into finance teams or exposure to finance-related products such as FP&A, ERP, accounting, payroll, or fintech platforms
- Confidence engaging stakeholders within the office of the CFO, including finance managers, controllers, or FP&A teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build credibility and create meaningful conversations
- A proactive, curious approach to prospecting and relationship building
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with clear activity and pipeline goals
- Experience using sales tools and CRM platforms to manage outreach and pipeline activity
- Motivated by learning, growth, and the opportunity to help shape a new area of the business in the UK

- Identify and engage prospective customers for HiBob's FP&A solution within the office of the CFO
- Build relationships with finance stakeholders and uncover new business opportunities
- Generate high-quality pipeline through strategic outbound activity
- Connect with prospects through calls, personalised emails, LinkedIn outreach, and events
- Identify decision-makers, understand business challenges, and qualify opportunities effectively
- Create thoughtful, relevant outreach that resonates with finance audiences
- Research target accounts and map stakeholders to support account-based prospecting
- Partner closely with Account Executives on territory planning and outreach strategies
- Continuously test and refine messaging and campaign approaches
- Leverage modern sales tools, intent data, and automation to prioritise activity and improve efficiency
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking within CRM systems
- Share market insights and feedback to help improve messaging and processes
- Contribute to a team culture focused on learning, development, and continuous improvement
