Summary
Brivo seeks a bilingual Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. The BDR will play a crucial role in identifying and generating new business opportunities for the company. The successful candidate will build relationships with prospects, develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns, and collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
This position requires a motivated and self-directed entry-level professional capable of establishing working relationships across the business and within the target organisations. The position's responsibilities will balance external customer relationship management activities with internal support of the daily operations within areas of responsibility. This hybrid role (London or Amsterdam) requires some in-office collaboration.
Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities through outbound calling, email outreach, and social media
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns to drive engagement and interest in Brivo's products and services
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas of opportunity and enhance the overall sales strategy
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and opportunities in the CRM system
  • Attend trade shows and events to generate leads and build relationships with potential customers

Qualifications 

  • 1+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales is preferred
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and build relationships with prospects
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and cold outreach
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bilingual - fluency in both Dutch and English is required; German is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

The compensation package for this full-time position includes an annual base salary of £35,000 - £40,000 (€41,000 - €47,000, depending on the exchange rate). Individual compensation packages are based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, training, and market conditions. In addition to cash compensation (base salary and, where applicable, incentive or overtime pay), Brivonians may be eligible for a benefits and perks package tailored to their work location.
