We are looking for an Enterprise Business Development Manager with strong banking and payments experience to drive growth across Enterprises, including FMCG, multinational corporates, and high-volume businesses with multiple accounts in multiple banks.

This role combines new business acquisition, strategic account management, and revenue expansion. You will manage complex stakeholder environments, sell mission-critical checkout and collections infrastructure, and operate at the pace required in a high-growth fintech. This role is designed for operators who understand enterprise buying cycles, banking relationships, and high-volume transaction environments.

Responsibilities:

Enterprise Revenue & Growth

  • Close  enterprise acquisition deals
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution
  • Drive large-ticket, high-volume deals across FMCG, retail, marketplaces, and multinational enterprises
  • Consistently meet and exceed enterprise revenue and volume targets

Strategic Account Management

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise merchants post-close, owning long-term commercial relationships
  • Identify expansion opportunities for Expense Management and Treasury Management System
  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, aligning payment infrastructure with business objectives
  • Drive retention, upsell, and increase transaction volumes

Banking & Payments Expertise

  • Leverage prior banking experience to navigate treasury, settlement, risk, and compliance discussions
  • Engage finance, treasury, operations, and technology teams at enterprise merchants
  • Translate banking and payment complexity into clear commercial value for customers
  • Collaborate with internal risk, compliance, and operations teams to unblock enterprise deals

Product-Led Enterprise Selling

  • Identify Enterprise businesses that need Treasury Management System 
  • Position Duplo as a partner for Financial Service Providers looking to provide their SMEs with platforms that enable them manage their operational expenses
  • Support enterprise pilots, phased rollouts, and multi-market deployments
  • Provide structured merchant feedback to Product and Engineering teams

Execution & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate enterprise pipeline, forecasting, and account plans in CRM
  • Track deal progress, expansion revenue, and account health metrics
  • Operate with urgency and discipline in a fast-moving, target-driven environment

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years of experience in enterprise business development, relationship management, or commercial roles within banking, fintech, or payments.
  • Proven track record in selling to enterprise and FMCG merchants.
  • Strong understanding of banking products, payment flows, collections, and settlement mechanics.
  • Experience managing large, complex accounts with multiple decision-makers.
  • Comfortable operating in high-pressure, fast-paced commercial environments.
  • Background in being an account officer/relationship manager in commercial banks, Sales/business development in a target-driven Financial Services Company.
  • Experience managing multinational or pan-regional enterprise accounts.
  • Familiarity with enterprise pricing models, SLAs, and commercial negotiations.
  • Enterprise deal structuring and negotiation
  • Strategic account planning and expansion
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management
