THE ROLE 📝 

In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the Banking and Payments industries, with a specific focus on the UK and EU markets. By leveraging your existing knowledge of the industry, you will use your outstanding communication and organisational skills, alongside your drive and ambition, to build amazing relationships with some of the world’s largest Financial Institutions and most exciting FinTechs. 

Key responsibilities 

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify both inbound and outbound leads through various channels. 
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at Financial Institutions and FinTechs, understanding their needs and effectively presenting Form3's solutions. 
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of key business development metrics, sales activities and progress in Salesforce. 
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to ensure alignment to Form3’s strategy, and identify possible market opportunities. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies. 

 

WE’RE LOOKING FOR  🔍 

Essential 

  • 2-5 years experience in a B2B sales or business development position. 
  • Experience and understanding of the UK and EU Financial Services landscape, including Payments, Banking, and FinTech. 
  • Experience working for, or with, enterprise businesses, ideally Financial Institutions. 
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. 
  • Practical experience with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM.  
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude with a strong work ethic. 
  • Process-oriented, whilst being able to think critically to identify inefficiencies and solve problems. 
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to thrive within a fast-paced and quickly evolving environment. 

Desirable 

  • Oral and written proficiency in either Spanish, Italian or German. 

 

THE TEAM 👥 

This role sits within Form3’s newly established Global Commercial Operations team and reports directly into the Global Commercial Director. As a key member of this small but collaborative team, you will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to build pipelines, driving Form3’s future revenue growth!
