Business Development Manager (BDM) – UK & Ireland

Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) Location: UK & Ireland (Remote with regular travel)

Reports to: UK&I Country Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our expanding UK&I team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for ShopperTrak Analytics. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for retail analytics and a proven track record in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail and property sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Manage CRM and sales reporting to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and performance.
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably within retail technology, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of retail landscape preferred but not essential.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive and proactive approach.
