The Business Development Manager will focus on driving growth for IT Labs by forming strategic partnerships, winning new clients, and managing the sales cycle. Responsibilities include building relationships with C-Suite executives, conducting market research, and representing the company at industry events.

Your primary responsibilities will include winning new logos, identifying new market opportunities, driving revenue, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Building long-term relationships with C-Suite technology executives.
- Understanding client needs and aligning them with our services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and solutions that address client challenges and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing IT Labs at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote our services and capabilities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record in sales/business development within the IT outsourcing industry or tech staffing industry.
- Strong network and deep relationships with relevant decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A dynamic professional with a minimum of 5 of relevant experience in business development or sales.
- Familiarity with IT outsourcing methodologies, processes, and technologies.
- Experience building and maintaining meaningful relationships with C-Suite/VP decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to execute multiple stakeholder B2B sales cycles end-to-end.
- Experience navigating complex multi-year contractual agreements.
