Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of identifying and aggressively pursuing sales opportunities within the UK market, leveraging market trends and demand to drive revenue growth.
  • Spearhead the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals, with a relentless focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Proactively engage potential clients through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic initiatives, showcasing our solutions and value proposition with conviction.
  • Demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills and resilience in overcoming objections to secure profitable deals, always maintaining the upper hand in negotiations.
  • Forge strong, enduring relationships with clients and industry partners, ensuring satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by staying informed about industry trends and changes, adapting strategies and approaches accordingly to stay competitive.


Requirements:

  • A proven track record of success in a high-paced, target-driven sales environment, within the IT services/staffing industry
  • Demonstrable experience in creating and nurturing strong relationships in the target enterprise markets
  • A relentless hunter mentality, with a hunger for achieving and surpassing sales targets through proactive prospecting and strategic selling
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, demonstrating a consistent ability to deliver results and drive revenue growth
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for seizing opportunities, overcoming challenges, and making an impact
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade effectively at all levels of the organization
