As we continue to expand across EMEA, Global-e is looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales team in London. The SDR will be responsible for prospecting and making appointments, then handing over to our Business Development Managers (BDM) for closing/onboarding them as clients.

Responsibilities:

· Account qualification and providing optimal information within our Sales CRM System (HubSpot) for data ready engagement.

· Manage data for prospective customers within the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring information is accurate, and documented.

· Conduct research to identify potential prospects.

· Increase our market share in the UK Enterprise market by contributing to the growth of our net new business.

· Analyse customers’ existing cross-border models to develop a deep understanding of their needs and business.

· Target-driven prospecting via email, LinkedIn and phone.

· Consistently deliver on monthly forecast commitments by achieving or exceeding sales quotas.

· Working collaboratively with our BDMs & Partnerships teams, as well as cross functionally.

Requirements

· Minimum of 1 years of direct B2B/B2C Business Development experience is preffered.

· Prior experience in working for an innovative and agile tech company, preferably within e-commerce, logistics/supply chain, technical/software sales

· Prior prospecting experience having led to the booking of any small to large value deals in the UK/Spain/Benelux markets.

· Successful history of net new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.

· Able to identify and key enter in the appropriate contact details within a business.

· Proven ability to manage multiple prospects at a time.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (must) & Spanish (advantage).
