We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our Partnerships team.

Responsibilities:

Lead Qualification & Engagement: Manage and qualify inbound leads across various channels, assess their viability, and schedule meetings or demos with key decision-makers.

Lead Generation & Outbound Sales: Identify and research potential clients, generating leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking. Introduce Houst to potential partners through tailored communication.

Lead Nurturing & Relationship Building: Nurture leads with relevant information, build strong relationships, and ensure smooth transitions to the sales team for long-term partnerships.

Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM data, track key metrics, and manage your sales pipeline with detailed documentation.

Communication & Value Proposition: Serve as the initial point of contact, effectively conveying Houst’s value proposition and addressing client inquiries.

Continuous Improvement & Industry Engagement: Participate in training, provide process feedback, stay updated on industry trends, and represent Houst at events.


Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (2-3 years).
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Close, Salesforce).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Goal-oriented, driven, and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for achieving targets and growing in the sales field.

Salary: £30,000- £35,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission
