What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support product awareness through desk training and sales engagement.

  • Help maintain and update pipelines in our CRM (Compass).

  • Assist with reporting on promotional performance and vendor activity.

  • Contribute to business and marketing plan execution.

  • Help identify training opportunities for customers and internal teams.

  • Assist with customer care escalations and communication tasks.

  • Support development of web tools and vendor microsites.

  • Share product info, pricing, and promotions with stakeholders.

  • Participate in call-out days and promote TD SYNNEX’s e-business services.

What You’ll Bring
  • A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.

  • Confidence to work with sales teams and learn structured processes.

  • A proactive approach, initiative, and passion for learning.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
