As Business Development Director for Mobile, you will drive Charterhouse's growth through the acquisition of new customers and the expansion of strategic mobile opportunities across the UK. You will position Charterhouse as a trusted adviser for mobile connectivity, mobile device management, mobile security, IoT, and mobile transformation programmes.

Success in this role means building a strong pipeline of opportunities, winning new logo accounts, and securing long-term contracts that deliver significant revenue and gross profit growth.

Key Responsibilities

·       Identify, develop and win new business opportunities across mobile voice, data, devices, MDM, mobile security and IoT solutions.

·       Build and maintain C-level and senior stakeholder relationships.

·       Create and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

·       Develop a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and manage them through the full sales lifecycle.

·       Work closely with mobile network operators and strategic partners.

·       Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.

·       Collaborate with Account Managers to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

·       Work with Marketing on campaigns, events and lead generation initiatives.

·       Maintain awareness of market trends, technology developments and competitor activity.

·       Produce accurate sales forecasts and regular management reports.


Requirements

·       5-10+ years' experience in mobile telecommunications sales or business development.

·       Proven track record of delivering new business revenue growth.

·       Strong understanding of:

o   Mobile voice and data solutions

o   Mobile Device Management (MDM)

o   Mobile security

o   IoT connectivity

o   Enterprise mobility strategies

·       Experience engaging with senior decision makers and influencing complex buying decisions.

·       Excellent commercial, negotiation and presentation skills.

·       Ability to develop strategic partnerships and long-term customer relationships.
