We move beyond standalone insights to deliver connected, decisionready intelligence that helps brands act with confidence in a more complex world. At Kantar, smart, curious people work together on challenges that genuinely matter.
As a Digital Marketing Business Development Senior Director at Kantar, you will play a key role in shaping how some of the world’s leading brands grow in an increasingly complex digital landscape. This role sits at the intersection of data, insight and commercial strategy, helping clients make better marketing decisions before formal briefs even exist.
You will focus on identifying emerging client needs across digital marketing and media teams, building early relationships with senior decision makers, and creating demand by connecting client challenges to Kantar’s capabilities. This is not a reactive sales role. It is about being present in the market, building credibility, and influencing thinking early.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across Kantar to bring together expertise in areas such as communication testing, campaign measurement and search optimisation, translating this into meaningful opportunities for clients. Your ability to open conversations, shape thinking and turn early engagement into commercial outcomes will be central to success.
This role offers the opportunity to work with influential brands, contribute to a fast-evolving AI-enabled environment, and help define how Kantar grows its presence in digital marketing. If you enjoy building relationships, spotting opportunities early and turning insight into action, this role will give you the platform to do that at scale.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across digital marketing and media organisations
  • Build a strong pipeline of early-stage client engagement
  • Form trusted relationships with senior decision makers and budget owners
  • Shape client needs and position Kantar solutions ahead of formal procurement
  • Lead compelling proposals and pitches that convert into revenue
Ideal Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience creating new business opportunities and opening client relationships
  • Strong network within digital marketing, performance marketing or media environments
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders in commercial settings
  • Confidence translating client challenges into clear, relevant proposals
  • Curiosity, resilience and motivation in a fast-moving environment
