At Oximio, we help accelerate clinical research by delivering reliable clinical trial logistics solutions across the globe. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to support our Global Director of Commercial Development and the wider Business Development team.

Reporting to the Global Director of Commercial Development, you will provide operational support across CRM governance, commercial administration, lead management, proposal coordination, reporting and conference activities. You will play a key role in ensuring opportunities progress efficiently and that the Business Development team follows agreed commercial processes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, commercially minded professional who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, working with CRM systems and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Global Director of Commercial Development and the wider Business Development team.
  • Act as the Business Development CRM super user, ensuring data quality, opportunity progression, and SLA compliance.
  • Monitor outstanding actions and opportunities and support timely follow-up across the Business Development team.
  • Manage website enquiries, allocate leads to the appropriate Business Development Manager and monitor follow-up and conversion.
  • Coordinate client documentation, including CDAs/NDAs, questionnaires, capability presentations and other commercial materials.
  • Coordinate proposal requests with Pricing and Operations, track turnaround times and maintain proposal status and win/loss records.
  • Support conferences and events, including meeting schedules, lead tracking and post-event CRM updates.
  • Prepare commercial reports and KPI dashboards covering pipeline, leads, CRM compliance, SLAs and proposal activity.
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain schedules, prepare meeting materials and track follow-up actions for the Global Director and Business Development team.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial coordination, sales operations, business support, executive coordination or a similar role.
  • Experience supporting senior commercial leaders or Business Development teams.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
  • Understanding of clinical trials or the clinical trial logistics industry.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with strong reporting and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication, follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in an international organisation is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and spoken English
