Lloyd's is seeking to recruit a Business Change Manager to help shape and deliver change across Corporation Services — supporting Finance, Actuarial, Tax, Investments & Treasury, Member Services, Procurement, Legal, Risk and HR.You’ll turn strategy into action. You’ll work across teams to prioritise what matters. And you’ll deliver change that makes a real difference.


What you’ll do

You’ll sit in our Change team in Operations. That’s where we connect strategy to delivery and make change happen.

In this role, you will:

  • Work with stakeholders to understand priorities and shape clear, high‑value change
  • Translate strategy into practical plans, roadmaps and outcomes
  • Support portfolio decisions with clear insight on value, risk and cost
  • Lead delivery of key initiatives and ensure strong mobilisation
  • Define and track benefits so we deliver measurable impact
  • Identify risks and dependencies early and act on them
  • Support continuous improvement across processes and colleague experience
  • Bring structure and clarity through strong analysis and governance
  • Stay curious about market, regulatory and technology trends
What you’ll bring

You’re comfortable working in complexity. You ask the right questions. And you focus on outcomes.

You’ll have:

  • Experience delivering business change or transformation
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • The ability to turn ideas into clear, actionable plans
  • Experience across the change lifecycle, from shaping through to delivery
  • Confidence working in a regulated environment
  • A collaborative approach across teams and partners
  • Experience working across Finance, HR, Risk or similar functions — or within financial services — will help you make an impact quickly.
