POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Change Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, development, communication, and delivery of transformation projects within RenRe’s [domain name] Domain.
This role achieves results by using project management skills and working with stakeholders to turn change initiatives into practical plans with clear outcomes

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Stakeholder Management

  • Work with individual stakeholders to understand requirements, shape solutions and facilitate the change.
  • Communicate clearly on their area of focus within the domain

Organisational Skills

  • Scope and runs initiatives within their area the domain.
  • Review change requests for completeness and accuracy.
  • Capture data for metrics or KPIs.
  • Support project planning, tracking, and risk management.
  • May manage vendor engagement for specific initiatives.

Analysis, Business Solution Design & Delivery

  • Understand customer needs and contribute to, rather than drive, problem articulation and solution design
  • Monitor progress for alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct business analysis of processes and systems.
  • Balance functional and non-functional requirements.

Innovation

  • Identify valuable innovations by staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Support the development and improvement of business change practices.

EXPECTED COMPETENCIES:

  • A degree level education in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Business Analysis or Software Development an advantage.
  • Has a working knowledge and experience in the field of Business Analysis or Business Change
  • Good communication skills, with an ability to collaborate and share information across teams.
  • Clearly and concisely presents information in group settings adapting messages to the needs of the audience and effectively responds to Q&A.
