POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Change Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, development, communication, and delivery of transformation projects within RenRe’s [domain name] Domain.
This role achieves results by using project management skills and working with stakeholders to turn change initiatives into practical plans with clear outcomes
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Stakeholder Management
- Work with individual stakeholders to understand requirements, shape solutions and facilitate the change.
- Communicate clearly on their area of focus within the domain
Organisational Skills
- Scope and runs initiatives within their area the domain.
- Review change requests for completeness and accuracy.
- Capture data for metrics or KPIs.
- Support project planning, tracking, and risk management.
- May manage vendor engagement for specific initiatives.
Analysis, Business Solution Design & Delivery
- Understand customer needs and contribute to, rather than drive, problem articulation and solution design
- Monitor progress for alignment with business goals.
- Conduct business analysis of processes and systems.
- Balance functional and non-functional requirements.
Innovation
- Identify valuable innovations by staying abreast of industry trends.
- Support the development and improvement of business change practices.
EXPECTED COMPETENCIES:
- A degree level education in a relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience.
- 1-2 years’ experience in Business Analysis or Software Development an advantage.
- Has a working knowledge and experience in the field of Business Analysis or Business Change
- Good communication skills, with an ability to collaborate and share information across teams.
- Clearly and concisely presents information in group settings adapting messages to the needs of the audience and effectively responds to Q&A.
